  • We perform a postural scan to see how your body is compensating from gravity and screen time. We look for the why behind the tension.

  • Using specialised remedial and myofascial techniques, we work to release tension around the chest, neck and hips opening the body back up to its natural alignment.

  • You will walk out with a clear understanding of your posture and 2–3 specific stretches or movements to prevent the tension from returning.
